Greatness can't be achieved without a large collaborative effort. At CPR, our team members understand and believe that thinking, planning, decision making, and actions are better when done cooperatively. We recognize, and even assimilate, the belief that "the strength of the team is each individual member, and the strength of each member is the team."
We encourage all of our team members to continue to grow in every way possible. Along with the opportunity to join company sponsored leadership classes, we reimburse educational growth mediums whether a full course or just a single book to continually improve our systems and culture.
We strongly promote a mind first approach! We believe that we can't play the role we desire unless we place the best individual in the right roles. We promote a “Best Player Plays” approach towards hiring, by encouraging all team members to interview for any available positions in our company that they believe they are qualified for.
We schedule monthly paid mandatory community service events that promote our team members to interact with local communities while representing CPR and our partners.
We require our leadership to partner with local schools and community programs to speak with and inspire the young generations that will soon influence the future world.
