Within our service, each unit in the community is provided with a new 13-Gallon Container. Residents are then asked to place their tied-trash inside the container and then place the container outside their door for trash retrieval on the industry standard schedule of 6 pm – 7 pm, on scheduled service days. Our team members then remove the bagged-trash from each unit between 7 pm – 8 pm, using a leak-proof satchel or pushcart in order to eliminate the chance of stains on breezeways, sidewalks, and stairs. We then dispose of the trash in the community’s onsite dumpsters/compactor. We also clean the area around the dumpsters/compactor. A (Daily Activity Report) is then filed and sent to Property Management in order to log our activity and record any violations or occurrences to be assessed by management.
Our “Daily Activity Report” is a simple but detailed report that is generated by our doorstep waste App. It produces a pdf document that reports GPS-Date/Time-Stamped Arrival & Departure Times, Bldg; Pickup Confirmation, & After-Service Photos of Bldgs. Residents now know, when valet trash Porters arrived onsite, what they were doing onsite, & when they left the community. Powerful insight and “peace of mind” for staff, residents, & ownership.
